First time: They told me "it will be refunded within 2 or 3 days."
Second time: They told me"you may need to wait for a couple of hours."
Third time: They told me"I am unable to assist you without the account authentication."
Fourth time: They told me"This may not take more then 24 hours to resolve your ticket."
